12-Inch Industrial Fine Cut-Off Saw Blade with 96 Teeth, 38° ATB Grind, and 1-Inch Bore

Industrial PTFE-coated saw blades are an excellent choice for shops that need their blades to run consistently all day, every day. These blades feature a laser-cut, heavy-gauge plate made of German Steel (46-48 Rockwell in hardness) to ensure exceptional cutting performance, even in saws with substantial power. The teeth are crafted from micrograin carbide, which is brazed to the blade body through a unique tri-metal metallic bond (copper-silver-copper), enabling them to last longer and deliver smooth cuts. Additionally, this tool incorporates expansion slots to reduce noise and an anti-vibration design.

The blade's Non-Stick PTFE Coating keeps it running cool, minimizes pitch build-up, and protects against corrosion. Manufactured through precise procedures and perfectly balanced, this quality blade is delivered in a unique CMT plastic case.

The 40-degree top tooth angle on CMT's finish blades ensures flawless results on single and double laminates, as well as melamine hard and soft woods, with absolutely minimal chipping on double-faced material. The melamine and fine cut-off performance is excellent on large miter saws for complex angle cuts where accuracy is crucial. These blades provide a perfect finish on both sides of double-sided laminated panels, with no scoring.

These blades are suitable for use on radial arm saws, miter and circular saws, table, and special saws. They feature a 0.126 kerf thickness, 0.087 plate thickness, 5° hook angle, and a 40° Alternate Top Bevel Grind. The micrograin carbide teeth ensure longer-lasting performance and deliver smooth cuts. The Non-Stick PTFE Coating keeps the blade running cool, reduces pitch buildup, and protects against corrosion.
