This CMT ITK Fine Cut-off Blade is an excellent choice for extra-clean cuts and overall high performance on table saws and miter saws. The thin kerf design removes a smaller cross-section of stock on each cut, reducing drag on your saw and material waste. Available in 10", 12", and 14" diameters, the blade features a pattern of one flat-top and two 20° ATB teeth, delivering excellent crosscuts in wood or plywood, beautiful plywood rips, and even performs well on the occasional rip in hard or soft wood.
The laser-cut, heavy-duty blade plate is hardened to provide great resistance (46-48 Rockwell in hardness) and includes expansion slots to reduce noise and an anti-vibration design. The teeth are made of micrograin carbide, ensuring long-lasting cutting performance and a smooth finish on wood and wood products. These teeth are brazed to the blade body through a special trimetallic bond (copper-silver-copper), guaranteeing longer cut performance and resistance.
The CMT Industrial Thin Kerf blades are precision-balanced for incredibly true cuts and incorporate the latest in expansion slots and sound-dampening channels, features that directly translate into premium cutting performance. When you choose an ITK blade, you also receive CMT's Anti-Kickback Design, Tri-Metal Brazing, and Laser Cut Arbors, along with laser-marked safety instructions and illustrated resharpening information.
This blade is ideal for fast, extra-clean crosscuts and occasional rips on wood and plywood, making it suitable for use on radial arm saws, miter saws, and table saws. It features a 0.110 kerf thickness, 0.087 plate thickness, 15° hook angle, and a 1 flat + 2/20° alternate teeth grind.
The blade is delivered in a unique CMT plastic case, adding to the overall convenience and protection of this premium cutting tool.
